Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time.
You agree not to:
Location data depends on GPS hardware, mobile network coverage, satellite availability and environmental conditions. The Service is provided for operational awareness and is not a safety, navigation, or emergency system. We do not warrant that location data is accurate, complete, or available without interruption, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
As between the parties, you own your Customer Data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you collect (including obtaining any necessary consents) and for how your Users use it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service lets you publish public links that display live vessel positions without login. You are responsible for who you share these links with and may deactivate or expire them at any time. You must not publish content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
If you use our API, you must keep access tokens confidential, stay within published rate limits, and use it only for your own account's data. We may revoke tokens or limit access to protect the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services (e.g. mapping, messaging, hosting, payments). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their use may be subject to their own terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including networks, devices, and third-party providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period in line with our retention practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
