Resort & Guesthouse Transfer Tracking

A guest landing at Velana has one question, and your front desk gets it every time: where is the boat. The honest answer is usually "it left twenty minutes ago" — which is only useful if somebody actually knows that.

Transfers are the first and last thing a guest experiences, and the part most likely to go wrong: a flight lands late, a boat waits, the next run slips, and by evening the schedule is an hour out with nobody quite sure why. Tracking turns that from an argument into a record.

Dhuveli shows every transfer boat live, logs when it left and when it arrived against named harbours and jetties, and gives you a link you can send a guest or an agent so they can watch the boat come in themselves. It is the same map your captains are on, without the login.

Airport runs, live

See the boat leave Hulhulé and track it the whole way in, with an arrival estimate the front desk can quote.

A link for the guest

Send a live map to a guest or agent. It opens in a browser, needs no app, and stops working when the transfer is done.

What actually happened

Departure and arrival times against named jetties, so a disputed transfer has a record rather than a recollection.

Scheduling and crew

Plan the day's transfers, assign captains and crew, and keep the bookings alongside the boats.

Arrival alerts

The desk hears the boat is ten minutes out before the guest walks up to ask.

Embed it on your site

Put the live map on your own website or a lobby screen with a single snippet.

Questions we get asked

Can we send guests a tracking link?

Yes. A share link opens the live map in any browser — no app and no account — and you set when it expires, so a link for one transfer does not live on afterwards.

Does it record when a boat actually left?

Yes. Departures and arrivals are detected against named harbours and jetties, so the log says "left Malé North Harbour at 14:32" rather than giving you a coordinate to interpret.

Can we show the boat on our own website?

Yes, the live map embeds with one snippet, and there is a developer API if you want the positions in something you have built yourself.

How many boats can we track?

As many as you run. Speedboats, dhonis, and the vehicles ashore all sit in one workspace, and roles decide who sees what.

See it with your own boats

We will set up a workspace with your vessels in it so you can judge it on your own operation rather than a demo of ours.
